In Western societies, The Holocaust is often center stage, whether you like it or not. Therefore, it’s a good idea to be able to address this elephant in the room, particularly if you are in a position where it is used in ways you oppose. But if you address this topic, it needs to be done in a professional and well-informed manner. No one should end up with egg on their face by using flawed, easily refutable arguments not supported by facts.
We are here to help. While we offer lots of free resources you can use to educate yourself, and even as much more information (and disinformation) can be found all over the internet and in libraries and bookstores, the sheer size of this historical topic makes it difficult for you to find the information needle YOU need in this veritable (dis)information haystack. That’s where we come in: We’ll take you by the hand and lead you to what you need to know.
We currently offer two general types of services to achieve this goal:
Private Seminars and Tutorials
While we are in the process of creating online tutorials and courses, they have two major downsides: 1) we cannot customize their contents to your needs, and 2) you will have to sign up on our website for those courses that go deeper into this topic, where you will attend online chats and courses, possibly together with other students. If you want absolute privacy, and want us to custom tailor our contents to your special needs and expectations, then signing up for our private seminars and tutorial is the way to go. These seminars and tutorials can be done over the internet in one-on-one sessions (or several attendees, if you prefer), or we can come to you in person and give you the instruction at places most convenient and comfortable to you (provided it is in the United States of America).
The most-common format is a weekend seminar given in person by one (or more) of us at a mutually agreed-upon location mutually agreed upon of your choice. We also offer online tutorials, which can be spread out over time. Depending on our agreement, you will be provided with study material, such as handouts, brochures and books. See our pricing page for more details.
Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites. We can work with people of any background and any level of expertise, from no college to PhD. The material and presentation will be adjusted to adapt to the level of the audience.
Ghostwriting, Peer-Reviewing and/or Editing
If you want to write a paper, a chapter in a book or even an entire book, or plan on creating a documentary dealing with the Holocaust in history and/or its use and misuse in society and politics, we recommend that you have someone intimately familiar with the topic look into your project to make sure its historical claims line up with the facts. We would carefully read your text/script and/or watch your footage, make recommendations for improvements (for example, suggest changes, add/change source information etc.), and you are then free to either accept or reject them.
We even offer ghostwriting services, if you feel that your knowledge isn’t quite good enough to cover that topic with competence. This requires, of course, that you hand over the helm for that particular chapter or even most of your book to us. We will then communicate with you in detail to figure out what your intentions are, and how we can best meet your expectations. We then write a text of roughly the aimed-at volume, the issues covered, and the style aimed at, which can be academic, journalistic, educational, entertaining and even humorous, to name a few.
