We currently offer three general types of services:

Private Seminars & Tutorials

These seminars and tutorials can be done over the internet in one-on-one sessions (or several attendees, if you prefer), or we can come to you in person and give you the instruction at places most convenient and comfortable to you (provided it is in the United States of America).  If you want absolute privacy, and want us to custom tailor our contents to your special needs and expectations, then signing up for our private seminars and tutorial is the way to go.

Online Tutorials with one tutor are charged at a rate of $40 per hour of instruction (First hour is free!). We can agree on a schedule custom-tailored to your needs and expectations. The courses come in one-hour increments. If you book several hours consecutively, breaks are included.

During these tutorials, you will be provided with study material, such as handouts, brochures and books. For this online format, these will commonly be in the form of electronic files (usually PDF, sometimes Word). Depending on our arrangements, this can also include hard copies of certain crucial books, such as the Holocaust Encyclopedia.

We are not using any scheduling app at this moment. Please simply get in touch with us using the contact information provide below to initiate scheduling and agree on payment. Payment will be directly to the person(s) rendering the service agreed upon.

Live, in-person seminars upon request.

The most-common format is a weekend seminar given in person by one (or more) of us at a mutually agreed-upon location of your choice. With one tutor, students are charged at a rate of $100/hour for the first student; $80/hour each for two students; $60/hour each for three students; $50/hour each for 4+ students. 4 hours of instruction minimum (with hourly breaks included). If desired, there is also the availability of having two tutors at once, for which the hourly cost is doubled. Additionally, we ask for our travel itinerary & lodging expenses to be covered, but not for any other expenses. We always travel economy, and upgrades are always appreciated.

During these seminars, you will be provided with study material, such as handouts, brochures and books. These are included in the price. The type of print books you receive depend on our arrangements, but will typically include a copy of the Holocaust Encyclopedia (unless you already own a copy). On request, we can also provide electronic files of these books (PDF).

Ghostwriting, Peer-Reviewing and/or Editing

If you want to write a paper, a chapter in a book or even an entire book, or plan on creating a documentary dealing with the Holocaust in history and/or its use and misuse in society and politics, we recommend that you have someone intimately familiar with the topic look into your project to make sure its historical claims line up with the facts. We would carefully read your text/script and/or watch your footage, make recommendations for improvements (for example, suggest changes, add/change source information etc.), and you are then free to either accept or reject them.

If you feel that your knowledge isn’t quite good enough to cover that topic with competence, we offer ghostwriting services. This requires, of course, that you hand over the helm for that particular chapter or even most of your book to us. We will then communicate with you in detail to figure out what your intentions are, and how we can best meet your expectations. We then write a text of roughly the aimed-at volume, the issues covered, and the style aimed at, which can be academic, journalistic, educational, entertaining and even humorous, to name a few.

We price our services in this regard according to the labor intensity of each project. After we have reviewed your project and discussed it with you, we will send you an estimate on request, which you can either accept, send back for revision, or reject. In the case of ghostwriting an entire book, the most common arrangement is for the ghostwriter to get a reasonable share of the royalties, to be determined in any royalty contract. In the case of self-published books, we can agree either on a one-time royalty payment, or on a percentage of all future revenue (usually 10%).
